"We needed 2 Tonnes of sand for a music video I was producing, As a film producer you always try to identify potential hazards and headaches before shooting. I was sure getting all of the sand to the second floor and out again was going to be a logistical nightmare, until I found S.S.S. They were really helpful they were miles better on price than anyone else. They delivered early, by the time we arrived on location the sand was already there. They even agreed to come and pick the sand back up again. They are lovely people."

"I ordered a pack of ten oak sleepers over the internet, the slight hiccup over next day delivery was quickly resolved with a phone call, the delivery driver was friendly and polite and rapidly craned the large pallet into my garden.
The sleepers were a little more 'rustic' and 'waney edged' than I anticipated, but a little while turning them round and swopping them about has led to a more pleasing effect than I had imagined.

Your service is outstanding and I will recommend you to anyone with a project. Your website is clear and easy to use and the feature I liked best was to be able to see a full size image of the granite that I ordered.
I originally found the granite that I liked at a garden centre and was resigned to pick it up in bags probably 3 or 6 at a time. This would take quite a time so I looked on the internet and found your firm. Your price is slightly cheaper than the special at the garden centre but as it was delivered I would have paid more. I had already bought 3 bags to see what it looked like and when we got your full size image up on screen I went out to the garden and got a handful and checked it against the image.
If there is any downside to your service it is that the granite was delivered on a pallet and now I have to get rid of it. Fortunately a neighbour has said that she wants it for the wood. The delivery driver was apparently very helpful as well. (I was at work)
