6mm Tonbridge Grit
A free-draining lime and salt free washed aggregate which is predominantly dark brown in colour.  This material has a lovely balance of both angular and rounded particles and is most suitable for incorporation into potting composts.

As shown in the pictures above this product also make a very attractive dressing for the top of pots and planters, which not only looks lovely but acts as a very efficient mulch.  This reduces evaporation of moisture in the summer and provides valuable insulation in the winter.  Pretty and practical!

When applied to a surface, Decorative Aggregates will suppress the growth of undesirable weeds.  This can be even more effective if used in conjunction with Weed Control Fabric.
